New Rating System
I was finally IP banned from Rate Your Music. com, so I migrated to the equally or maybe even more gay site called Album of The Year. There is where I discovered the far superior 1-100 rating system instead of 1-5 star rating system. Anyways, here are the parameters:
100 - A perfect masterpiece, defines my music taste, close to my heart, zero skips, zero flaws (in my opinion)
90 - Exceptional, almost perfect but does not make me transcend, constant replay value, some of the best of it's genre (in my opinion)
80 - Great, I like this a lot, very enjoyable and worth a revisit, maybe has some minor things I would like changed or did not vibe with
70 - Good, solid release, weak spots, I like it but do not really care for it
60 - The middle ground, decent, a few good songs carry
50 - Meh, slightly negative, would not recommend to someone, bad outweighs the good, chore to listen to
40 - Bad, no enjoyment out of listening to this, one good song at most
30 - Very bad, frustrating, boring, poor execution
20 - Awful, not a single redeemable quality, why does this even exist?
10 - Unlistenable, painful, could not bring myself to finish it
NOTE: all reviews made before this one will still use the 1-5 star rating system. This new system applies to all reviews made after this post.
