Metal Threat 2025 Controversy

Finally, it's the moment we have all been looking forward to, seeing the reactions to the final metal threat lineup and the aftermath of this truly iconic festival. Reactions have been rather mixed, but the negative ones always take up all the spotlight. Everyone has something to say and wants to share their opinion on the matter, and I am here to document everything I know and then share my own thoughts. As I said before, there have been a lot of complaints, most notably from @relativelycheap on Instagram and an unsuccessful video game streamer called Endless Cemetery. I am not including all the pictures of her rant here because I am still learning Blogger formatting but here is the first one:

All I have to say is… wow. Theres a lot to process here. She claims that she did a lot of research about these “sketchy” bands but failed to call out Inquisition for the pedophile allegations. Even some of the “nazis” I met at the festival did not fuck with Inquisition (Dagon) at all. She also clearly did not do the research she thought she did because she wanted to call out Crucifier for playing with Grand Belials Key and Arghoslent even though those three bands all share members. She probably only did 2 minutes of research at most because her TikTok-ridden attention span can’t handle anything longer.

I am really happy with the comments I saw though. The minorities did not want a washed up self-hating white woman speaking for them. I was there at Metal Threat. I saw a lot of Hispanics and even a few blacks. None of them were mistreated. Even though my blood is all European (Spain), I am culturally Cuban, and I felt right at home at that festival. I even talked with Gelal Necrosodomy himself and had zero issues. I don’t understand these white women that feel as if they need to stand up for minorities as if they couldn’t speak for themselves. It is honestly rather infantilizing. We are allowed to have thoughts of our own even if they don’t conform with what the rest of the authoritarian left thinks. Believing that all minorities think and feel the same is actually more racist than going to Metal Threat.

This guy called Endless Cemetery also made a video titled “Talking About The Obvious Issues With Metal Threat Festival” where he goes on about how the metal scene shouldn’t be okay with white supremacy and Nazism. I honestly could care less about that. Metal was never about following a specific political standard, especially Black Metal. Metal has always been about anti-censorship, controversy, and pure evil. You cant like a genre based on being evil and controversial and being shocking and then start a hissy fit when it goes to far. Also, white supremacy and Nazism isn’t normalized in metal at all and this whole festival proves it. If it was normal, then we would not be having all these issues and all the secretiveness around the lineup when the festival was first announced.

All that matters is if they make good music and have cool riffs. I look for stage presence, I look for brutality, I look for something disgustingly good. Bands like Arghoslent have it all. If RABM and other leftists want to dominate our part of the scene, start making better music. It is really that simple.

Anyways, back to this no life streamer. Every time someone critiques anything he has to say, he responds with an unoriginal quip about fucking someone’s mom or fucking them. Typical violent response. If you don’t want people to be racist, maybe try to disprove their stereotypes then, right? I guess the low IQ poser can’t think critically like that. He also made a video talking about how Cazz Grant commented on his previous video on his Facebook and then he made another video after that talking about how he’s going to make a list of sketchy bands not to listen to, even though that has already been done on r/RABM a thousand times. His bottom tier brain cannot come up with original ideas so it seems. It is also really funny that his video on Metal Threat is what got him the most views. The rest of his content is so bland and boring that he has to resort to piggy backing on the fame of NS bands just to make five dollars (he bragged about making five dollars from the video on his Instagram. How broke do you got to be to brag about that?) Maybe YouTube should pay him in EBT cards instead.

The biggest controversy so far has to do with the band Master. For those of you who don’t know, Master has been a big name in the metal scene since the 90s. They are a staple band. After Master played at Metal Threat alongside the infamous NS bands, Ripped to Shreds (band) pulled out of their tour with them, cancelling their upcoming tour date in Berklee, CA.On October 6th, the band stated on Instagram:

“refusing to play with a neonazi band like arghoslent that glorifies the black slave trade is the lowest possible bar and master still failed it, so we’re withdrawing from friday’s show at @924gilmanstreet support to @bitterendbooking for doing the right thing and canceling the show. we’re still leaving heavy talent, but i would like to clarify that heavy talent only reps sinister, the sinister and master tour was booked as a package, and master booked their show with metal threat directly through paul dunski and not through heavy talent”

This is the type of shit you have to pull when your band is irrelevant as fuck. Again, we have a band piggy backing off another successful band to get internet points from commie trannies because they would be insignificant otherwise. I mean, just look at them! These are the type of guys Glen Benton was talking about when he said, “All we have is a bunch of wannabe-Weezer-looking dudes trying to play metal.” Just look at them...

Thats all I have to say about the Metal Threat complaints. I probably missed a lot but I cannot keep up with it all. These are just the main things I have seen online recently. More people will probably complain in the future. This all goes to show how watered down "metal" is becoming and why the modern scene sucks. These people all need to get a life and grow some balls
